Madelyn Weekes, RD, CDN, CPT is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, and Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about helping individuals build healthier lifestyles through practical, sustainable nutrition and wellness strategies. She provides personalized care that empowers patients to achieve their health goals while recognizing that lasting change comes from meeting people where they are on their nutrition journey.
Madelyn earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Science from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont, and completed her dietetic internship through Cornell University. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is committed to staying current on evidence-based nutrition practices.
Her clinical interests include eating disorders, sports nutrition, and women’s health. Madelyn believes that improving health often begins with small, consistent changes, and she enjoys helping patients celebrate each milestone along the way. She values building trusting relationships with her patients through active listening, compassion, and collaborative care, creating individualized plans that fit each person’s unique needs and lifestyle. One of Madelyn’s favorite quotes is “all foods have a purpose and place; it’s finding that specific food’s purpose and place in your life.”
In Madelyn’s free time, she enjoys baking sourdough and cooking homemade meals, although she does enjoy going out to eat and explore different cuisines. You can find her spending time with family (including her dog) and friends, by a body of water, skiing, relaxing around a fire, working out, or sharing laughs at the dinner table with loved ones.
